8. The weight of the mould is supported by the horizontal formwork for opening and closing up and down. The phenomenon that the formwork cannot be opened and closed due to the forward fall caused by the gravity of the mould similar to the horizontal machine will not occur. It is beneficial to maintain the accuracy of machinery and mold for durability.



9. It is easy to realize the molding of the insert. Because the mold surface is upward, it is easy to put the insert into the position. The lower template is fixed and the upper template is movable. If the belt conveyor is combined with the manipulator, it can easily realize the automatic insert molding.



10. The injection device and mold locking device are located on the same vertical centerline, and the mold is opened and closed in the up and down directions. Its floor area is only about half of that of the horizontal machine, so it is about twice as productive.
